### This classic boat was built in 1900 in honour of Sir George Pilkington, Mayor of Southport and physician to Southport Hospital. Previously owned and rebuilt by Fred Turner, joiner, "Pilkington was sailed extensively in North Wales as far as Barmouth. She is a good sea boat and very fast under sail.
