Dunkirk Little Ship,16m Gaff Cutter. Carvel wooden construction built in 1921 to the Veritas rules at Lemaistre Brothers Yard in Fecamp, France. Her purpose to be for cod fishing in the Atlantic during summer and then herring fishing in the North Sea during the winter. She is an official Dunkirk Little Ship. She was seconded by the British for evacuation of troops during the 2nd World War from Dunkirk. She was scuttled and raised twice during WW2. After the war she returned to her fishing days
