Description

By the virtue of its glamour this twin engined craft can only be compared to a Rolls Royce with the performance of a Ferrari.

Introduction

A truly mythical boat, maybe the most beautiful machine ever to cruise on the water.  It has achieved truly legendary status for it's design, attention to detail, and association with movie stars and the jet set from the 60's.  In the 50s and 60s the Riva name gained worldwide fame to the point of becoming a "myth".  Kings and emperors, princess and sultans, actors and sportsmen and all the international jet set headed straight to Riva to choose their boats.  Nothing came near to matching the beauty, superb quality and prestige of a Riva as they graced the most important and exclusive harbours of the world.  Among all the celebrities who owned a Riva were Brigitte Bardot, Dino de Laurentis, Richard Burton, Sean Connery, Peter Sellers, Prince Rainier of Monaco, the Shah of Persia, King Hussein of Jordan... and the list does not stop there.
