Falcon has been well loved and looked after by her present owner with constant maintenance and servicing to keep her in excellent condition. Viewing by appointment through the Levington Office Mechanical Systems The single Volvo TAMD 41B, 200hp six cylinder engine was fitted to the boat in 1994, and has completed only 407 hours since new. Coupled via shaft to a fixed 3 bladed propellor. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Full instrumentation panel The engine has been well maintained by a dealer as well as the owner. Full service with oil filters and seperators 2008 Updated and replaced cylinder head, Turbo and exhaust gaskets 2008 New impellor 2008. The engine is controlled via a single lever Morse control. Stainless steel fuel tank giving a cruising range of circa 350 miles. The steering system was serviced in 2005 Bills and paper work all availible. Deck Equipment Plough Anchor with 20ft chain and 30ft rope. Full cockpit cover which splits into two to enable protection for just over the helm and navigators position 6 fenders Windscreen wipers Built in swim/boarding ladder to transom of boat. Construction The boat was originally built in 1965 for the Navy so construction was in the highest order. Hot moulded Mahogany hull was completely re furbished by the present owner. Decks are constructed of marine ply, glass and Epoxy sheath, this was completed in 2005. Non slip grey decks. Paintwork and varnish all in good condition. The boat had a survey in July 2005 and was found to be in a very good condition. Survey availible. New glass in windscreen and side windows replaced in 2005.
