Owners Comments:

VERA MARY was built by Berthon Boat Company in 1931/32 and retains many original features and all of her original charm from those days. Purchased by His Highness King George V in 1936 as a present to his sailing master Sir Philip Hunloke, she has had a varied career. She was rescued by international yachtsman Chris Law in the 1990s; she returned to the UK before being purchased by her current owner. He has cherished and used her in German waters for the last 10 years where she has been the consummate family cruising yacht, doing some local charter with her crew onboard. She is an elegant, manageable, classic yacht with a superb character.
